Returns 

30 Days Return Policy

If within 30 days of receiving your product and you are not satisfied or the product isn't working as intended.

To be eligible, the product must meet these requirements.

• Product must be undamaged.
• Product must be in the original packaging.
• If these conditions are not met, a 15% restocking fee may be deducted from your refund or credit.
• A return or exchange must be authorized first by contacting us at sales@industrydirect.ca
• If a refund is requested, your original shipping charges will not be reimbursed, unless fault is by Industry Direct.
• Once we receive your product back we will inspect it within 48 hours and notify you via email of the status of your request.
• Refund processing time will be done within 48 hours after inspection.

Shortage or Damaged Products

• All claims for damaged products or short shipment must be made within 48 hours of receiving the shipments. 
• If there are signs of box damage, please ensure to take pictures prior to opening the box.

Warranty Claims

• Industry Direct will provide a 1 year warranty against defects in material and workmanship on all of our products with exception to come product categories. Please ensure to check the product warranty first or email us at orders@industrydirect.ca for any questions.
